As a registered home inspector with the Ontario Association of Home

Inspectors (OAHI) and a licensed real estate agent, I have over six years of

experience conducting professional home inspections across Ontario and

have completed more than 800 inspections covering a wide range of property

types. My inspection services include pre-purchase and pre-lease inspections,

on-site monitoring during construction and renovations, Tarion warranty

inspections for new homes, as well as home maintenance and condition

assessments.

Prior to moving to Canada, I was a Registered First-Class Cost Engineer and a

Certified Real Estate Appraiser in China. This strong engineering and

valuation background gives me a well-rounded perspective on structural

safety, construction quality, cost control, and property value. I am committed

to providing reliable, actionable inspection and home-buying/selling advice,

helping my clients make confident, informed real estate decisions.
